Refund Policy

At Bearcat Love Industries LLC (“Bearcat,” “we,” “our,” “us”), we stand behind every can we ship, and customer service and product quality are of utmost importance to us.  Because our products are considered perishable food items and regulated under federal/state hemp-derived product regulations, we have specific refund and replacement guidelines to keep things safe, fair, and compliant.  All sales are final.  There are no returns or refunds except for products that are recalled or so damaged they are unusable.

Please verify your shipping address carefully before checkout.  We are unable to fully refund or replace orders free of charge that are returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Any claims for shortages, damaged products, or discrepancies in any shipment must be sent to Bearcat no later than twenty-four (24) hours after receipt of the shipment.  If your order arrives incorrect, damaged and/or leaking, or if any can is not fully intact, please contact us promptly—we’ll always do our best to make it right.

A dented or scratched can that is able to be opened as normal, can stand upright, is not punctured, and has not leaked is still considered safe to consume and does not qualify for a refund or replacement.

To request a replacement or store credit, please email orders@drinkbearcat.com within 24 hours of receipt to start the claim process and include:

  1. Your order number
  2. Photos showing the issue
  3. A brief description of what happened and your preferred remedy—replacement or store credit

We’ll review your request and respond within 1-3 business days with next steps.  We will issue a credit for claims that are approved, or notify you of disapproval and the reason for disapproval, within fifteen (15) days of receipt of the claim.

Lost or Missing Packages

If tracking shows your package as delivered but you haven’t received it:

  • Check with neighbors or your local postal or carrier office first — sometimes packages are mis-scanned or delivered to the wrong location.
  • If it remains missing after 2 business days, contact us.  We’ll investigate with the carrier and offer a resolution on a case-by-case basis.
  • We do not accept returned packages except for orders returned by the carrier due to insufficient address information, undeliverable location, or damage while in transit under the carrier’s possession.

Order Cancelations

Cancelations may only be made within twenty-four (24) hours of placing an order, and is subject to the fees described as follows. “Order Total” means the entire amount paid for an order, including sales tax and any other taxes or fees collected by Bearcat.

If you timely cancel an order, in whole or in part, and fulfillment has already begun, we will cancel the order and refund the Order Total, or applicable part thereof on a partial cancelation, less a fifteen percent (15%) administrative fee.

If you timely cancel an order, in whole or in part, and fulfillment has not begun, we will cancel the order and refund the Order Total, or applicable part thereof on a partial cancelation, with no penalty.

If Bearcat cancels an order for a reason that is not your fault, we will refund the Order Total.

Refunds

Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method.  Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear on your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
