Our Story

Crystal and Larry are the driving forces behind the Bearcat brand.  They met on set of a short film production in 2020 and immediately became “friends” on social media.  Through their social media posts, they both realized that they had a common interest in the performing arts.  After years of liking, hearting, and commenting on each other’s posts, the timing became right, and they decided to go see a show together here and there, and so on.  From there, the relationship naturally blossomed into a beautiful partnership of two souls who share a love for the performing arts and all of its performers, contributors, and supporters.  Little did they know upon meeting that fate would bring them together in such a different capacity years later. 

The name Bearcat originates from a play on each of their names.  Crystal calls Larry her Lar-Bear, and her initials given at birth are CAT, not to mention, Larry loves cats—he has too many to count!  So, voila!  The perfect combination of the two form the Bearcat name.  Crystal and Larry are delighted to offer a product that not only caters to those who enjoy the power of cannabis but that also gives back to the community.  Due to their love and passion for the performing arts, they have decided to contribute a portion of Bearcat sales to support select performing arts venues and events.
